Sound Healing at Hotworx, Ephrata

Hotworx is a cool and new-concept studio right here in Lancaster County. It offers individual large Sauna type rooms that you get to choose what kind of work-out you want to have by watching an instructor on a TV in your own, private space.

Whether you choose Yoga, Pilates, Barre or just stretching, your workout goes supercharged by having the

option to add various degrees of heat that increases metabolism and weight loss, as well as rids the body of dangerous toxins that have accumulated due to our amazing lifestyles.

It also has a free-weight room in the back that you can add additional strength training to your work-out routine.

They have kindly invited me to offer Sound Healings in that large room to accommodate about 12 people comfortably.
